Write from first-hand experience

Describe the service you used, what worked and what did not. Choose a rating that reflects that experience. If you have an employment, ownership or other material connection with the business, disclose it.

Do not submit fabricated, copied, paid or incentivized reviews. Do not impersonate a customer or use a review to advertise another service. Booking references, card details, passwords, addresses and another person’s private information do not belong in public text.

What happens after submission

New reviews remain private until a moderator publishes them. We may decline or remove spam, duplicate submissions, promotional content, threats, unlawful material, impersonation, private information or accounts unrelated to the listed company.

Positive and negative reviews are assessed under the same rules. A critical opinion is not, by itself, a reason for removal. Moderation does not verify a purchase or prove every statement in a review.

An email address can be associated with one review per company. Submitting again does not replace an existing review. Contact the directory if you need to correct your original submission.

Public details and ratings

An approved review displays the name you chose, its title and text, rating, submission date and experience date. Your email address is kept private. The newest submissions appear first; the experience date may be different from the submission date.

The community score is the arithmetic mean of the published ratings for that company. Pending and rejected reviews are excluded. With no published reviews, there is no community score. Ratings on linked external platforms are kept separate.

Report an issue or update your own review

Use Report a review to identify a specific concern. For a correction or removal request about your own review, contact the directory from the email address you supplied and include enough information to locate the submission. We may ask for information needed to confirm your authority.

You keep the rights to your original writing. By submitting it, you give the directory non-exclusive permission to store, publish and moderate it as part of this service. Sending a review here does not send it to the company or create a customer-service request.
