Who handles directory information

The publisher is The Sun Traveller LLC, 6410 Poplar Ave, Suite 340, Memphis, TN 38119, United States. Privacy questions can be sent to routes@thesuntraveller.com, by using Contact the directory with the Privacy request option, or by calling +1 (901) 761-3092. These details reach the publisher, not a listed company.

Reviews: public content and private details

A review form collects a display name, email address, rating, title, experience date and review text. We also record the submission date and moderation status. The display name, rating, title, dates and text can become public after approval.

Your email is available to the directory’s authorized administrators for moderation, abuse prevention and requests concerning your submission; it is not included in the public review response. We also keep a protected hash of the email address to prevent duplicate reviews for the same company. Do not place private account or booking information in the text that may be published.

Messages, reports and corrections

Contact forms collect your name, email and message, together with a company or review reference when relevant. They are saved privately for the directory team to handle. The directory does not forward these submissions to listed companies.

The forms are not a way to send a complaint, cancel a reservation or request a refund from a listed company. Use that company’s own contact channel for those purposes.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare provides the directory’s hosting, security and database storage. Its infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, which may include IP addresses, request information and security logs.

The application derives a salted hash from network information and the relevant submission window to limit excessive requests. It stores a counter and expiry time with that hash; raw IP addresses are not stored in review records. Expired rate-limit entries are cleared when the submission limiter next runs. This expiry is separate from the retention of reviews or messages.

Cookies and advertising

You do not need a public account to browse the directory. Authorized administrators use a secure sign-in cookie with an eight-hour session lifetime. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar mechanisms needed for security.

The directory does not include advertising networks or marketing analytics. We do not sell submitted personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

When you follow a link

Company websites, social profiles and external review services have their own privacy practices. Clicking a phone or email link opens the corresponding function or application on your device.

Google Maps links take you to Google’s service, including its Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy Location or product reviews viewed on external platforms are not imported into the directory’s permanent community-review database.

Keeping and changing information

Published reviews remain available unless removed. We retain submitted messages, private review information and moderation records as needed to manage the service, handle requests, investigate misuse and meet applicable obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for these records.

Contact the publisher to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information. The rights and limits that apply depend on your location and the circumstances; some information may need to be retained for applicable obligations or unresolved matters.

Children and updates

The directory is intended for adults. Do not submit children’s personal information. Let us know if you believe it has been included in a review or message.

We revise this policy when directory features or data handling change. The date shown on the page identifies its latest update.
