Start with the company’s own information

Our primary references are company-owned websites, help centers and other contact pages published by the company. We keep source links so that readers can consult the original information.

If a source cannot be read, we look for another official page and record what could actually be confirmed. Missing information is left unconfirmed; we do not substitute an invented number or an unrelated department.

Understand the check date

A date beside a contact records a review of the cited source. It does not mean we placed a test call, reached a live agent, tested a menu or measured a waiting time. A check of one phone number does not verify every other detail on the company page.

Published details can change between checks. Confirm urgent or sensitive matters on the company’s own website before sharing information or making arrangements.

Match the contact to the request

We label US contacts and other country or regional routes separately. Headquarters, reservations, account support and baggage contacts are not interchangeable. Hours apply only to the department alongside them; chat hours are not treated as telephone hours.

Airline customer-service pages cover general contact choices. Reservations and booking pages explain new-ticket and booking routes. Cancellation and change pages identify the published channels for existing trips, with refund links where available. A common reservations line is not labelled a dedicated refund team unless an official source says so.

Where the original seller must handle an agency-issued ticket, the page points out that distinction. We do not decide eligibility, quote a guaranteed refund, waive a fee or promise that a requested change will be available.

Labels, costs and other channels

A toll-free label concerns the listed number and region. Mobile airtime, international calling or other carrier charges may still apply. We do not publish an estimated wait or a most-popular claim without supporting information.

Social links come from profiles linked by the company itself. A profile link does not establish that private messages are a supported service channel. Ratings from an app, product or individual location are not presented as a rating of the whole company.

Help us correct a listing

Use Suggest a contact correction on the affected page. Identify the item and include a company-published source when possible. The submission is saved for the directory team to review; it does not automatically edit the listing or contact the company.
